Amidst heavy downpour, the Special Assistant on Media to Governor Ademola Adeleke doubles as the Pathfinder team Coordinator in Isokan Local Government, Comr. Azeez Olakunle Dinho Apomu has today empowered nothing less than Seventy members of the Pathfinder team in Isokan Local Government with cash support and food palliatives.
The event, held at the residence of the Executive Chairman, Alhaji Azeez Adeniran Mao, was attended by key stakeholders, including the Vice Chairman, Hon. Moshood Mohmoh; PDP Chairman, Hon. Akeem Painter; and DG Campaign Committee, Hon. Afolabi Abioye.
In his address, Dinho Apomu expressed gratitude to the team members for their unwavering support over the years. He emphasized the importance of the meeting as the 2026 governorship election approaches. He described Governor Ademola Adeleke as a promise-keeper and messiah who must continue to lead Osun State beyond 2026.
"Let me take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unwavering support over the years. Today, we're gathered to appreciate the tireless efforts of some of our dedicated members, recognizing their commitment to our shared vision.
As we all know, the Pathfinder team comprises passionate individuals driven by a common goal. Under the leadership of Governor Ademola Adeleke, a working and visionary leader like no other in Osun State's history, we're working towards ensuring his continuity agenda succeeds in 2026 for the greater good of our people. Let's gear up and work together to make this vision a reality." He said.
The team coordinator also appreciated Senator Lere Oyewumi, Hon. Lanre Oladebo, Hon. Ibrahim Inaolaji, and Alhaji Mao for their support. "I'd also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Senator Lere Oyewumi for his immense support, not only to the Pathfinder team through this empowerment initiative but also to the Adeleke summit under my coordination in the local government. Additionally, I appreciate Hon. Lanre Oladebo, Representative of Ayedaade/Irewole/Isokan Federal Constituency; Hon. Abiola Ibrahim Inaolaji, OSHA member; and Chairman Alhaji Azeez Mao for their invaluable support. May God bless you all abundantly."
The PDP Chairman, Hon. Akeem Painter, praised the Pathfinder team's contributions to the party's growth and described the initiative as the best of the century. He appealed to the Executive arms to put the team in their minds when they resume office fully.
The Vice Chairman of the Local Government, Hon. Moshood Adesuyi Mohmoh, and Prince Bioye Afolabi recalled the group's commitment when the going was tough in the state. They described the group as a political party on their own and pledged further support.
The Executive Chairman, Alhaji Azeez Adeniran Mao, expressed joy at the team's dedication and promised inclusive governance, including at least two team members in his cabinet. He encouraged the team to continue promoting Governor Adeleke's goodwill.
